Springboard© is our developmental coaching programme for Middle to Senior Managers – delivered in-house for company groups only.
The Springboard© Programme uniquely combines the processes of relational leadership development with the identification and implementation of the visionary, strategic and tactical skills required of a successful business leader. This is an intensely powerful process which engages participants fully, identifies the meanings and values that they associate with aspects of leadership and the organisation itself, and works within the context of these to develop plans for success which are exciting, measureable and fully achievable.
Springboard is a highly interactive systemically-focused programme which includes a combination of group coaching and leadership skills training with profiling, individual coaching sessions, syndicate work, reading and on-the-job activities. At a significantly lower cost than one-on-one Leadership Developmental coaching, the Springboard Programme delivers excellent value for companies wishing to develop a group of managers simultaneously. As participants are usually from various parts of the company, an added benefit is their move away from traditional siloed approaches towards collaborative leadership.
These workshops are delivered in-house for organisations, on demand.
Programmes are facilitated by Senior Metaco Faculty with specific training in Group and Team coaching.

Springboard is very manageable in the context of existing work commitments, and ideal to prepare individuals identified for further development through business school leadership programmes. Typically, the six-month programme includes 6 x one-day workshops, private coaching sessions, syndicate projects and on-the-job activities.
